  • Capture signatures digitally – this allows you to capture signatures using the touch screen of your smartphone or tablet. Can be used to accept a quote or accept that the job was completed satisfactorily. 
  • Capture Photos – take several photos and attach to the form eg: before and after shots, hazards/incidents and more. Handy for capturing serial numbers, model numbers or proof the job was completed.
  • Calculations -  the forms can automatically perform calculations eg: price + labour + GST making mis-quoting a thing of the past.
  • GPS Capture – allows you to capture the GPS location of when/where a form was filled out. This can be used to prove attendance at a customer job or site. 
  • Barcode scanning - to lookup your equipment or inventory.
  • Upload your existing databases - upload parts lists, pricing sheets and customer lists to make forms easier to populate. While on the road, the selection of a product can automatically populate other fields (eg: price or description). 
  • Automatically distribute data from your form submissions – Canvas can run an automated report at a particular time and export that data, delivering it in CSV (spreadsheet format) to a designated email address.
