They will be able to answer all your NBN questions, take your registration of interest to be notified when the NBN arrives in your street and also order the NBN for you when it's ready to connect. 


What is the National Broadband Network (NBN)? 

The NBN is an upgrade of the technology used to deliver your phone and Internet services. It's a national project and will be rolled out using a combination of technologies such as Fibre Optic cable, HFC Cable, Copper Cable, Fixed Wireless and Satellite. It will allow for extra capacity, faster speeds and new features never before possible. 

You can use the NBN for your landline phone, Internet, or both your landline phone AND internet.

Once the NBN arrives to your street, you'll have 18 months to transition your phone and/or Internet to an equivelent service on the NBN. At the 18 month mark your existing phone and/or Internet will be disconnected, so it's important you start your transition early.
