I always find the staff at Waurn Ponds extremely helpful. Nothing was to be a bother...not like others who tend to treat 78 year olds as not worth the trouble. I have always found all staff to be excellent with an ignorant old lady who asks what must be to them silly questions. Elaine
This would be the most enjoyable shopping experience my wife and I have had in quite a while. We were greeted by a young gentleman who asked how he could help us...he explained which phones we could choose and then said he would leave us to talk about it as we did not know what we wanted. When we decided he had greeted some other customers and a young lady by the name of Courtney came over to help us. She had a great smile, was very pleasant and had a good knowledge of what she was doing. It took a while as we had 2 business phones to change over and some changes to our home phone. Nothing was too much trouble for her even answering (probably dumb) questions. She asked us if we would like to go and do some other shopping while she fixed up our home phone things. When we returned everything was done for us. It was seriously a pleasure to do my business with the staff of Telstra Shop Waurn Ponds. Gary

I have been to the Waurn Ponds Telstra Shop on three separate occasions. First with a question about my Bigpond service; fast efficient and the problem was solved. Secondly I had a problem with my new mobile; again all sorted. This time I came to buy some accessories and another question...each of the three times I have been there in the last few weeks different people have served me and each has been excellent. The comparisons to other Telstra Shops is HUGE...thanks Waurn Ponds for the great service! Andrew

I just wanted to let you know I recently received some fantastic service from your team at Waurn Ponds. I was our there recently to seek advice in upgrading 2 mobile phones and checking out options for plans. I was served by Jacqui - who delivered a level of service well above what I was expecting. She knew the products and suggested some plans that would best suit my needs. I was advised it would take a few days to set up, and Jacqui kept me informed during the week as to how things were progressing. When I went in on Sunday to collect the phones and sign the paperwork (served by Courtney who was also terrific) Jacqui had bundled everything up to make things easy for the team working that day. Jacqui was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I've recommended your Waurn Ponds store to a couple of colleagues who are after new phones/plans. It's all to easy for people to complain about poor service - but outstanding service should always be acknowledged. Louise
