Our Recruitment Process

What to expect when you apply for a job with us.

  • Online advertisement - We generally advertise on Seek. Please click on the link for a list of current vacancies 
  • Shortlisted Applicants - Phone Interview - We will contact you via the phone to discuss your application and ask you a number of questions. If we like what we hear you will be invited to a face to face interview.
  • Face to Face interview - We will ask you some questions to learn more about you, but also give you the opportunity to ask us questions about the role or our company.
  • Final Interview - If you impress us you will then be invited to the final interview stage with 1 or 2 Stratel managers. We also complete at least 2 reference checks on all final stage applicants.
  • Offer of Employment - If you have the skills, knowledge and attitude we are looking for we will make you an offer of employment to join our team..
